I'm a Customer Success professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and helping organizations grow. When I'm not working in tech, you'll find me serving my community as an Advanced EMT, where I get to make a real difference in people's lives during their most challenging moments.

I founded two nonprofits focused on making critical resources more accessible to those who need them most: one supporting the LGBTQ+ community with mental health and crisis resources, and one supporting first responders through peer support. I also run Backboard Media LLC, where I create websites and digital strategies specifically for first responder agencies and nonprofits. There's something incredibly rewarding about using technology to amplify the work of people who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Whether I'm problem-solving for a client, responding to an emergency call, or working on community initiatives, I'm driven by the same core belief: that genuine service and strong relationships are at the heart of everything meaningful we accomplish.

Backboard Media LLC is the parent company of RigSide™ and Rescue Photo™, founded to give first responder agencies and nonprofits professional tools to share their stories and strengthen their presence. Backboard Media stabilizes organizations’ digital foundations with website design, brand identity, and communications support, while also producing visual content that captures the human side of emergency services.

Rigside™

RigSide™ is the digital services brand of Backboard Media LLC, created to support fire and EMS agencies as well as responder-run nonprofits. RigSide provides website development, social media strategy, and graphic design tailored to the unique needs of first responder organizations. The focus is on building strong digital platforms that help departments communicate clearly, strengthen their identity, and connect with their communities.

2018 to Present

Peer Response Inc.

Peer Response Inc. is a nonprofit I founded to give first responders better access to peer support. Our platform, Peer Responder, connects agencies with trained peer supporters, tracks continuing education, and gives leaders the tools to manage a peer support team. I built the platform, and I coordinate policy, ethics guidelines, and rollout for the agencies that use it. The goal is simple: make sure the people who show up for everyone else have somewhere to turn themselves.

theguide.lgbt Inc.

theguide.lgbt Inc is a nonprofit I founded to provide accessible mental health resources and crisis support information to LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. Our work includes designing and distributing 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline cards and other educational materials across clinics, schools, community centers, and high-traffic public spaces. We also collect and share coming out stories to highlight diverse voices and create visibility, offering connection and encouragement for those navigating their own journeys. In my role, I oversee operations, fundraising, and partnerships, while coordinating printing and distribution so these free resources reach the people and places where they can make the greatest impact.

While not a professional venture, it allows me to experiment creatively, build my skills, and share a different perspective outside of my work in EMS, nonprofits, and digital media.
